I specialize in EMDR therapy and nervous-system informed practices to support healing from difficult or painful experiences, especially those from childhood or other significant life events. What is EMDR Therapy?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a proven, effective therapy that helps your brain process and release stuck memories and feelings related to trauma. EMDR doesn’t require you to retell your trauma in detail. Instead, it uses guided eye movements or gentle tapping to reduce the emotional impact of painful experiences, helping you feel calmer and more in control.
