How I help

I specialize in EMDR therapy and nervous-system informed practices to support healing from difficult or painful experiences, especially those from childhood or other significant life events. These experiences can affect your mind, body, and relationships in ways that can feel confusing or overwhelming.

What is EMDR Therapy?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a proven, effective therapy that helps your brain process and release stuck memories and feelings related to trauma. EMDR doesn’t require you to retell your trauma in detail. Instead, it uses guided eye movements or gentle tapping to reduce the emotional impact of painful experiences, helping you feel calmer and more in control.

My approach is compassionate, relational, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we work toward lasting change — not just symptom relief.
