I offer in-person, confidential, skilled and compassionate trauma therapy
Difficult or traumatic experiences, especially those from early childhood, can significantly affect our emotional and physical well-being. Distressing symptoms such as anxiety, flashbacks, chronic tension or intrusive thoughts may be confusing and hard to manage, leaving us feeling alone and disconnected.
I specialize in EMDR and nervous system informed practices to help individuals process trauma, heal emotional wounds, and foster a deeper understanding of their inner selves.
