Hi, I’m Maxine (she/her) — a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Certified EMDR Therapist. I provide trauma-focused therapy for adults healing from childhood trauma, anxiety, and difficult life experiences. My goal is to help you release deep pain and reconnect with your self-worth, so you can move forward in life and relationships with greater confidence, resilience, and ease.
With over 30 years of experience working with individuals, youth and families in both non-profit and private practice, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to understand the root causes of your pain and start creating lasting change.

Individual therapy provides a supportive space to feel heard and seen. I provide in-person and virtual sessions for adults struggling with anxiety, shame and emotional overwhelm stemming from past experiences. Combining EMDR, nervous system regulation, and compassionate support, we move beyond just “talking about it” toward meaningful, lasting change.
